Instructions for Fillable PDF

Mobile Phone and Tablet Users:

To complete the form on a mobile device, please install the free Acrobat Reader. 

Click below to install Acrobat Reader for your device.

iPhone/iPad users: 

a) Click the link and open the PDF in the browser.

b) Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader by clicking the share icon at the bottom of the viewport (rectangle with up arrow) then choose More … and select Acrobat from the list of apps.

Android device users:

Click the link and save the PDF to your device. Navigate to the file manager on your Android device and locate the PDF you just downloaded. Any apps that can open PDFs will appear as choices, choose Acrobat. 

Desktop and Laptop computers:

Save the PDF document to your computer and complete the form. Use the Submit button to send the file, or create a new email, attach the completed form and send it to warranty@waterchillers.com.
